In some cases, it is even advisable not to go more than 2 or 3 days without eating carbohydrates to avoid entering ketosis , immediately return to their consumption, without reaching the previous levels.


3. You will be hungrier then eat more. But on this occasion proteins and fats (good), avocado type, olive oil..., do not hesitate to abuse meat and fish, preferably grilled, avoid sauces


4. Do not go back to consuming as many carbohydrates as you ate before. If you reached the point of wanting to lose weight, it is because you consumed too much or you did not exercise, or most likely both, balance this equation to your lifestyle but remember to combine both variables.


5. Remember to return soon to a balanced diet where carbohydrates make up 50-60% of your daily diet as recommended by experts and the WHO, and remember to eat an average of 50 different foods each week.
